Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026 · Applies to anaqvisual.com

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anaqvisual.com (the "Site"), operated by AnaqVisual ("AnaqVisual," "we," "us"), based in Richmond, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. The Site is informational; services are separate

The Site describes the outbound systems and services we offer and publishes articles about the tools and tactics we use. Any services you engage us for are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or platform contract (for example, an Upwork contract) — not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds us until a separate agreement is signed.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe anyone's rights or restrict their use of it. You won't attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest content or contact information in bulk, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, illustrations, and code — are owned by AnaqVisual and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, download, and print pages for your own business or personal reference. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link is welcome.

Third-party product names mentioned on the Site — including Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Bland, Vapi, Retell, Anthropic, and Claude — are trademarks of their respective owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so explicitly.

4. Articles and third-party product information

Our blog and guides are provided for general information. They reflect our experience and reading of public product announcements at the time of writing. Products, pricing, and features we describe change frequently, and we may not update every article when they do. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or compliance advice; consult a qualified professional for your situation.

5. Testimonials and results

Client reviews on the Site are genuine reviews from real engagements, reproduced from Upwork, with client identities anonymized. Figures such as earnings, client counts, meetings booked, and reply rates reflect specific past engagements. They aren't a promise or guarantee that you'll get the same results — outcomes depend on your offer, market, list quality, and many other factors.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as Upwork and HubSpot's scheduling pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information on the Site and is part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnaqVisual and its owners and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site won't exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless AnaqVisual from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
