AnaqVisual ("AnaqVisual," "we," "us") builds and runs B2B outbound systems. This policy explains what information we collect when you use anaqvisual.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We're based in Richmond, Texas. 1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and audit requests. When you use a form or email us, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, company, website, and a description of what you sell and who you sell to.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through HubSpot Meetings. HubSpot collects the name, email, and time you provide and shares them with us. HubSpot's own privacy policy also applies.
- Ongoing correspondence. Emails, messages, and documents you share with us while we scope or deliver work.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, and similar usage data. GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers.
- HubSpot tracking. Our pages load HubSpot's tracking code, which sets cookies to recognize returning visitors and, if you've contacted us, associate your Site activity with your contact record in our CRM.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which may log your IP address.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, scope a project, and schedule and hold calls.
- To deliver and support services you've engaged us for, and to manage the client relationship.
- To understand how the Site performs and improve its content and usability.
- To measure the results of our own marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies on the Site.
3. Cookies and how to control them
The cookies on the Site come from Google Analytics and HubSpot, for the purposes described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking new ones; doing so may affect some Site functionality. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and read HubSpot's privacy policy for details on its cookies.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business — currently including Google (Analytics, Fonts), HubSpot (CRM, scheduling, tracking), and our web hosting and email providers. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If AnaqVisual is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data we process for clients
As an outbound agency, we also process business contact information — names, work emails, company details, and phone numbers — on behalf of our clients to run their outreach campaigns. In that role we act as a service provider to the client. We honor unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests, apply calling-hours and do-not-call rules, and operate in line with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA, and the GDPR where it applies. If you've received outreach sent through a system we operate and want to be removed, email partner@anaqvisual.com with the message you received and we'll handle it.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purposes above — generally for the length of our relationship with you and a reasonable period afterward for records, legal, and legitimate business purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing partner@anaqvisual.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Visitors from the EU, EEA, or UK: where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process information based on your consent, our performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from them; if you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example, Upwork and HubSpot). Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn't cover them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
